Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments and document medical histories, symptoms, and vital signs.
• Administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations as prescribed.
• Provide wound care, chronic disease management, and post-operative support.
• Educate patients and caregivers on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare providers.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records and reports.
• Respond to emergency situations and provide first aid or stabilization as needed.
• Travel to various locations to deliver care, often independently.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license or equivalent certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience (field or community nursing preferred).
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
